Where do we start? We start with whatever skill the student already has and build on that. Beginners start with the basics: forming chords, strumming, picking and the key principles of music.
As students advance we introduce more guitar theory into the lessons and develop skills such as constructing solos around scales, playing bar chords, alternate tunings and song writing.
At the start of the lessons, students are asked what kind of music they like and depending on the level of difficulty, we try to work the music into the learning process.
